un homme et une femme

Early Valentine's day gift, I couldn't help myself:
From "Un Homme et Une Femme" (1966), Pierre Barouh sings the Samba Sarava.

OMG!!! I am such a huge fan of this film... so elegant... The Samba Saravah is delicatessen for the ears... And the scene in the restaurant!! Does anyone flirt with such style, such finesse nowadays? What great direction and improvisation around the children... Claude Lelouch knew what he was doing when he made this film... even if he had hardly any budget (or so he says!). Francis Lai and Pierre Barouch... dreamy...

I'm enjoying your blog, thank you!
